We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of AFRICOM’s mission objectives.
Leidos has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Knowledge Management Engineer.
This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany.
This position is required to travel OCONUS and may require up to 100% business travel. You must also hold an active DOD Secret clearance.
Primary Responsibilities:
AFRICOM's Knowledge Management (KM) and Collaboration division seeks a SharePoint front end administrator and customizer.
In this role, you will:
Create SharePoint based solutions/ customizations to customer requirements.
Complete requirements gathering and analysis for new functionality requests.
Create and maintain SharePoint workflows based on customer requirements.
Receive and resolve support tickets on two networks.
Troubleshoot user access issues and SharePoint functionality issues.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, TTPs for portal customizations.
Convert SharePoint 2016/ 2019 solutions to SharePoint online compatible solutions.
Work with software developers for custom coded solutions.
Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.
Work in dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.
Demonstrate experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Present SharePoint 2019 & Online solutions and knowledge to enhance the command’s decision-making processes.
Support migration of capabilities to ServiceNow.
Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS + 4-8 years relevant experience or Master's and 2-6, or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Must hold and maintain active Secret Clearance.
Must be US Citizen.
Current Microsoft certification (Azure / HTML/ JavaScript/ SharePoint).
Current CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).
3 + years in a SharePoint site collection administrator (SCA) role.
Experience with SharePoint designer workflows, InfoPath forms, Power Apps, Flow.
Experience with Service Now.
TESA eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL v3 – Foundation.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with SharePoint migrations on-premises to SharePoint online.
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.
Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
Experience tracking work in Azure DevOps environment.
Knowledge or experience with CITS III.
