Leidos is hiring a Hardware Coordinator to serve as a liaison between the multi-disciplinary team of system and database administrators, systems engineers, software developers, test team, software configuration management teams and the customers.
All work is on site at the Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC) on Patrick AFB, Florida. An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Manage, monitor, and status tasks involving multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish the change requests in a timely manner
Identify and organize hardware and system configuration changes. Identify and manage processes for version management.
Collate the annual hardware planning cycle. Monitor and manage hardware purchase recommendations and hardware configuration management documents.
Manage the completion of technical documentation
Manage IT assets to include hardware, software and maintenance licenses, and magnetic media
Assist with system security authorizations process
Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility
BA/BS and 4+ yrs of relevant experience; addtl experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience managing IT equipment and inventory
Experience with team task coordination or logistics for highly critical IT projects
Experienced utilizing a service ticketing system (i.e. ServiceNow, IBM RTC, Jira)
Familiarity with system security accreditation process
Proficiency with MS Office to include Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of MS Project and/or Visio
Knowledge RMF and/or Telos Xacta
