Leidos Military and Veterans Health group is seeking candidates for the position of Installation Lead who will serve as key personnel supporting brigade-based Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Human Performance Teams focused on optimizing Soldier readiness and performance within the Army’s new H2F System. They will provide management oversight to qualified/certified installation Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs)/Cognitive Performance Specialists (CPSs). SCC/CPS services may be provided in the following locations: fitness centers/gyms, BDE or administrative areas, outdoors, ranges, field training environments, and at the Soldier Performance Readiness Center (SPRC). Work includes providing forward musculoskeletal (MSK) care, early medical intervention, injury prevention (IP), and performance optimization services.

Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the Central point of contact (POC) for the performance on the Installation.
Provide onsite supervisory functions to SCC/CPS personnel at that location.
Coordinate with Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) Leads regarding performance on the Installation.
Participate in periodic meetings at the installation.
Facilitate submission of travel requests and expense reports through the Installation Government Task Manager (GTM) to the COR-RA for approval.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of three years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing similar Government projects.
Masters level degree in business, management, or operations from an accredited academic institution.
May be required to travel locally to various cantonment training areas to perform services. Travel may be required in order to support units subordinate at other installations that are subordinate to the supported
BDEs and will be coordinated and approved by the installation GTM in advance of the travel.
