Job Description:
The Leidos AIE team has an opening for a Program Scheduler/specialist that reports to the PM & DPM but provides supports to the Master Scheduler. Our home base and this position are in Edgewood MD which houses the program team, warehouse operations, system integration lab, 24x7 Help Desk operation, engineering center and full-scale replicas of ACS for installations to include ACP/Lanes and the Visitor Control Center.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Tasking will be made by the PM, DPM and/or the Master Scheduler. Responsible for performing tasks relating to AIE program administration including coordinating peer reviews of documentation (i.e. CDRLs, schedule artifacts) intra Leidos Team and with the Government. Process and submit for review and delivery all program CDRLs and track the disposition of all documentation related to CDRLs, proposals, ECPs and storage on the program SharePoint system. The position requires the interfacing with Government personnel to ensure that all required documents are prepared, delivered on time and accounted for. Additionally the Program Scheduler will build MS Project based schedules with inputs from the DPM and Site Project Managers and then will conduct weekly status meetings to update the schedules as assigned by the Master Scheduler.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must possess or be eligible for a Secret clearance
- Requires 3+ years of experience to include experience and knowledge of working in a program team, scheduling using MS Project and providing support across the team.
- Must have a desire to learn and work within a team environment
- Some local travel may be required to support the mission needs and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using Microsoft Project and MS SharePoint.
- Experience in scheduling for fixed priced projects/programs, large scale.
