The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening in our Huntsville, Alabama office for a TPS Engineer II supporting the Production and System Support Line of Business.
Primary Responsibilities
The TPS Engineer will Develop Test Program Sets for the use on the General Purpose Electronic Test System ATE (GETS-1000 Automatic Test Equipment). This includes circuit analysis of the Unit Under Test (UUT), developing and documenting a test strategy for the UUT, designing the hardware required to interface the UUT with the ATE, participating in design reviews to support your design, developing the test software and integrating the test design on the host ATE. You will also assist other TPS Engineers in the development of Test Programs. Travel to the customer test site will also be required to support your test designs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of applicable experience.
- Familiar with ANSI “C” programming.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of the GETS-1000 ATE system
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
