We have an exciting opening for an experienced Program Performance Lead with an active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph!
As part of the Program leadership team, you will develop, monitor, and report on statistics and performance metrics across the program from an enterprise perspective. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and reporting performance measurements for a newly awarded 7-year procurement , secure supply chain, and software and hardware warehousing program. You will conduct audits, review/analyze data and report on results. You will develop and implement procedures for assuring quality and reporting metrics in an operational environment supported by numerous databases and applications.
Responsible for assisting leadership in the implementation of procedures that measures the program’s effectiveness to the requirements of the contract. Responsible for executing the programs performance measurement plan that results in determining the incentive fees for the program. Provide assessments of how the project's process is implemented relative to the defined process and recommend methods to optimize the organization's process. Define processes and procedures for reporting status to both customer and program senior leadership. Assist in analyzing the project's software development process relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process and effectiveness. There are no direct reports in this position.
BS degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
