The EMS Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Management Analyst to support the GSA DIGIT mission.
In this role, the candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively to support the GSA DIGIT program.
The GSA DIGIT program provides modernization of Infrastructure Technology for the Digital Innovation of General Services Administration (GSA).
This position is a 100% telework opportunity and we are seeking candidates from across the contiguous United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures,
Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants
Responsible for multiple project tasks, demonstrating effective time management and problem resolution.
Organizes, directs and coordinates staff performing complex and challenging logistical activities.
Develops solutions to problems and issues by thorough analyses and understanding of all Program requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficient using Microsoft Office products.
Experience in an Agile development environment.
Experience in a DevOps environment.
Experience in a large enterprise project.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Working knowledge of ITIL 4
Candidate must have BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field with 4-9 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-7 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile Scrum certification.
PMP certification.
Clearance/Citizenship:
Candidate must be US Citizen.
