The EMS Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior Information Security Analyst to support the GSA DIGIT mission.
In this role you will plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information to support complex systems for the program.
This position is a 100% telework opportunity and we are seeking candidates from across the contiguous United States.
Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
Report and contain viruses, malicious, and negligent activities.
Obtain and maintain system accreditations and continuous monitoring activities.
Monitor DIGIT related systems and escalate any possible alerts.
Conduct audits to detect any unauthorized devices connected to the site network and assist in any investigations as directed by leadership.
Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively on an Agile team in a real-time operational environment.
Good experience in working with large computer networks and information security systems including the cyber-security implementation.
Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems.
Ability to recognize problems or errors and respond appropriately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Working knowledge of ITIL 4
Candidate must have BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 5-10 years of prior relevant experience.
Agile Scrum certification.
Earned one of the below certifications:
Experience in a DevOps environment.
Ability to identify needed changes to processes and activities and help to implement continuous improvement solutions.
