The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Analysis, Correlation and Fusion Analyst, 616th Operations Center at Lackland AFB, TX. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties: Support All-Source Intelligence, and Analysis, Correlation and Fusion functions within ISR Division of the 616th Operations Center. Provide Multi-INT and/or All-Source Intelligence subject matter expertise, to include but not limited to familiarity with GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT and Multi-INT/All-Source reporting mediums, data feeds and data repositories related to all geographic and function combatant commands (e.g., PACOM and STRATCOM). Research, analyze and apply IC, DoD and AF policies and directives related to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Multi-INT/All-Source operations. Build effective Multi-INT/All-Source business processes for day-to-day current intelligence functions and products (e.g., intelligence summaries, briefings, analytic deep dives, studies, etc.) in support of 16 AF Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR’s) and operational directives. Develop information sharing and analytic outreach methodology to enable collaborative relationships with sister OC divisions, subordinate Wings/Centers, the IC, and supported Component Numbered Air Forces and associated
Air & Space Operations Centers (AOC) worldwide. Develop implementation plan for Current Intelligence-related Intelligence Support Plans (ISP), Concepts of Operations/Employment (CONOPS/CONEMP), tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) and training plans. Research, analyze and identify gaps and shortfalls related to execution of 616 OC current intelligence functions.
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
10 years relevant Intelligence experience
Four years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms
Four years’ experience in data mining and IC research analysis applications and technologies
Four years’ experience with the national intelligence community reporting databases and standards
Understanding of J2 and/or AOC functions such as operational planning and collection management
Understand military operations and the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
Working knowledge of the Intelligence Collection Process
Working-level ability with all components of Microsoft Office
Understand Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
Experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO)
Experience in Information Operations (IO)
Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW)
Analytical experience within a COCOM AOR
