The selected candidate will serve as a key member of a team of highly qualified and motivated individuals in an exciting, fast-paced, mission critical counterterrorism watch center/operations environment. The Analyst will conduct all-source research to identify and monitor the nature and credibility of terrorism-related intelligence threats. The Analyst will ensure continuity across the customer’s watch teams by providing CT-related intelligence and threat reporting, coordinating analytical assessments and staying abreast of IC policy concerns. The Analyst will be responsible for producing and disseminating a range of finished intelligence products for federal, state, local, tribal, and various IC partners across multiple classification levels. The Analyst will provide institutional knowledge and continuity, tracking and updating reporting tags in OPTICS, and will ensure all oncoming watch teams are tracking the most updated reporting streams and topics. The Analyst will assist the on-duty watch team in coordinating analytical comment requests for situational awareness products.
- Candidates must have experience working with a variety of IC databases, networks, and environments
- Excellent communication skills are necessary in order to brief members of senior leadership
- Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi-level security settings
- Experience working jointly with multiple IC agencies
- Experience working in a cohesive team environment
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience OR a High School diploma + 9 years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
