More About the Role:
The NGEN-R SMIT NMCI Global Logistics team has openings for Training Curriculum Developers to in support of NGEN-R NMCI network and IT assets across the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
What You'll Get to Do:
-Conducting the research and development and revision of training courses and preparation of appropriate training catalogs to support the NMCI environment. -Develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develop all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
-Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training.
-Provides daily supervision and direction to staff. Experience in training or related field.
This sub family is responsible for developing and implementing training content directed at developing competencies, technical skills, and increased understanding of a wide variety of coursework and training resource materials. Duties may include collaborating with other functions and subject matter experts to ensure that course materials reflect current best practices and processes.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-Requires a BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
-Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•Proficient in MS Power Point.
•Good Communications Skills.
•Prior curriculum development experience.
•Prior experience conducting classroom instruction.
