Leidos is seeking a senior logistics program analyst to provide assistance to our logistics team supporting the nation's nuclear deterrence mission with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Programs. This position is responsible for assisting our customer to account for the technical and analytical deliverables that support life cycle management activities and acquisition logistics necessary to optimize the nation’s nuclear weapons programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the program mission and assist the federal program manager to review acquisition logistics policies, processes, and requirements and track compliance.
Provide support for development and implementation of effective business processes and operations for logistics management.
Analyze existing requirements processes and tools for effective implementation.
Recommend and draft modifications to existing processes and tools or development of new ones, as appropriate.
Support development and implementation of procedures that implement logistics management policies, business processes and operations for consistent, uniform execution across DP.
Activities may include data gathering, studies and analyses, draft reports, draft white papers, draft processes/procedures/ templates/formats, comment resolution, draft briefings, training materials
Basic Qualifications
At least 12 years of experience that includes:
At least 4 years working within the National Nuclear Security Administration.
Demonstrating capability to produce written communication and reports for senior and executive management.
Supporting federal programs and managers.
Coordinating and collaborating with the National Security Enterprise complex contractors and partners.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Active DOD TS and/or DOE Q clearance.
