The GSA DIGIT program provides modernization of Infrastructure Technology for the Digital Innovation of General Services Administration (GSA). The Leidos Partnership for General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking candidates for a Management Analyst role to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively to support the GSA DIGIT program. This position is based at a contractor location within the Washington DC area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures,

• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants

• Responsible for multiple project tasks, demonstrating effective time management and problem resolution. 

• Organizes, directs and coordinates staff performing complex and challenging logistical activities.

• Develops solutions to problems and issues by thorough analyses and understanding of all Program requirements. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.

• Proficient using Microsoft Office products.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Experience in a DevOps environment.

• Working knowledge of ITIL 4.

• Experience in a large enterprise project.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Candidate must have BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field with 4-9 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-7 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile Scrum certification.

• PMP certification.

Clearance/Citizenship:

• Candidate must be US Citizen.
