Job Description:
The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operation has an opening for a Project Coordinator to support a large healthcare contract in Baltimore.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating client meetings, assessments and reporting activities.
Helping to create, document, and establish organization policies, standards, and operating procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Risk Log, Action Item Log, Issue Log, Lessons Learned, and general Management deliverables and processes for a complex program.
Manage and track all Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables and artifacts to be delivered to the client.
Manage Deliverables Life Cycle processes from peer review, to draft, and final submission.
Accountable for the updates, status, and communication of all risk to client and Leidos program team
Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
Help to ensure proper review of deliverables.
Manager delivery and continuous improvement for the Risk Management.
Work with both functional teams and project teams on updates and status.
Assist with the project activities and successfully deliver all elements of the project.
Help Senior Project Manager manage cost / time / scope metrics
Responsible to capture weekly program status to draft weekly reports for customer and program.
Participate in the Weekly COR Meetings with the client·
Participate in the Project Review meetings with the client·
Participate in the Earn Value Management meetings with the client·
Liaison to Client and Program Executives on all internal/external assessments and audits (e.g. CMMI, Security)
BA functions
Performs functional and business requirements analysis and IT applications analysis, and IT infrastructure management as assigned.
Recognizes, diagnoses, researches and resolves system and design concerns.
Provides development life-cycle support and evolutionary lifecycle improvements or modifications as requested. Establishes and manages Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
Responsible for ensuring appropriate Change Management processes/procedures and documentation are followed.
Onboarding
Coordination of the onboarding process (Desktop Support, Facilities, Buddy, Mgr)·
Maintain a risk/action log and lessons learned for continual improvement of the onboarding process·
Accountability for communication to employees of "What they can expect on Day 1"·
Work with Sr Staff with what is expected of them for the onboarding process·
Education and Experience:
BA degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.
