Job Description:
The Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Operation is hiring a Windows Systems Administrator to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. An active TS/SCI is required; all work is onsite.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide level III System Administration support for systems on various networks
Utilize government provide documentation and ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Desk, Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Service Manger
Provide support for Microsoft Windows10 desktop operating systems (OS), physical and virtual
Provide support for enterprise programs and applications to include VMWare suite of products (vSphere, vRops, vCenter, Horizon, etc), Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL server , Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SMS, Microsoft WSUS, Flexira AdminStudio, Microsoft Windows Server , Citrix, Windows Terminal Services, Hummingbird, Samba, Quest Vintela Authentication Services, Microsoft Cluster Services, Microsoft Active Directory, Symantec Netbackup Server, McAfee Suite of cybersecurity products, Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Project. Internet Information Server, Admin Studio, Multimedia Message (M3) client, ESRI ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, Adobe products, Lotus Notes and various scripting languages including Perl, Python, Bash, PowerShell, VB Script
Maintain/administer/update Windows operating systems, products, applications and services
Conduct periodic log reviews
Create/maintain custom ad hoc scripting
Maintain and administer virtual desktop environments to include Windows Terminal Services/Citrix/VMware Horizon
Provide weekly performance, utilization and capacity reports
Manage and administer Microsoft SQL database services
Maintain Active Directory and associated custom scripting for account validation, office symbol changes and GPOs
Maintain Domain Name Service configuration integrated across Windows/Linux
Create, modify, and manage user accounts, computer accounts, security groups and security policies
Manage and monitor Active Directory replication
Configure and manage Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) settings
Monitor, patch, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers
Support applications and services that uses common network protocols and services within the TCP/IP stack, such as DNS, SMTP, FTP, SFTP, SSH, etc
Assign privileges, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and software problems
Interface with site Help Desk and trouble reporting system
Monitor system usage and perform system tuning
Provide functions such as hard drive removal, print server configuration, performance optimization, support printers, and storage peripherals
Investigate vendor vulnerability updates and patches and create/modify scripting to assure system configuration compatibilities
Create, configure, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot virtual systems under VMware and Citrix architectures
Maintain print services: drivers, spooler, separator pages, printer configuration configure/maintain Windows attached storage
Maintain TCP/IP configuration controls
Support installation/admin/update of antivirus software, server and signatures
Maintain/administer/update approved third party Windows applications
Maintain and track user access
Perform daily system monitoring and maintenance
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (e.g., Security+) certification
One or more certifications in Windows/MS operating systems (e.g. MTA, MCSA, MCSE)
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 – 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Prior experience maintaining/administering/updating Windows operating systems, products, applications and services

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $72,000.00 - $97,200.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
