Leidos is excited to have this opportunity for an Information Security Analyst that will provide support for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER). The work conducted under this task order will support Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in creating a cybersecurity workforce and providing technical services to support technical and operational activities in the Cyberspace domain for the MARFORCYBER.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of military cyberspace operations OR a minimum of 8 years of military exercise planning‐related experience.
- Individuals must have previous exercise experience, in addition to experience with analyzing, reviewing, producing, disseminating, and defending formal documentation, including plans, reports, briefings, guidance, and doctrine.
- Experience with Computer Network Defense (CND) mechanisms, including anti‐spam tools, Network Access Control, Host Based Security System (HBSS) and HBSS Device Control Module Enterprise Security Infrastructure Sensor Grid, Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) systems and Enterprise solutions for: Logging, Forensics, and Network Access Control (NAC).
- Experience developing and executing: security policies, plans, and procedures, Plans of Actions and Milestones. (POA&M), Operational Plans (OPLANS),
- Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), Continuity of Operations Plan/Disaster Recovery (COOP/DR) plans.
- BS or MS preferred.
- 3‐5 years’ experience applying advanced security analytic techniques to identify and preempt threats utilizing social, behavioral, and geopolitical information, with Predictive and Prescriptive analytics.
- TS/SCI with counter intelligence polygraph.
