Leidos is looking for a highly-motivated, first-class Document Management Analyst II with document management experience who is well-organized, proficient with Excel, able to work under tight deadlines, and has a good understanding of maintaining financial and contract documents coupled with good customer service skills. This position is in the Expert Contracting Unit within the Finance Department of our client, the Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) of the U.S. Department of Justice at 150 M Street NE, Washington, DC. Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain expert contract file storage.
- Print contract award distribution packages.
- Monitor Expert Info mailbox.
- Update information in Federal Procurement Data System.
- Perform moderately complex tasks including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials such as financial records and contract documents.
- Compile documents for requests on cases.
- Respond to emails and perform customer service functions.
Please Note: Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Washington, DC (once temporary Pandemic Remote work is over OR when asked to return in the office).
Basic Qualifications:
- Three years of document management experience on major projects OR an undergraduate degree.
- Should be a knowledgeable user of computer network environments, including but not limited to data processing, office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet server-based databases and other applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Suggested skills that would be helpful for this position:
- Contract and audit experience, helpful.
- Proficiency in Excel, highly preferred.
- Current or active clearance, preferred.
