The Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Operation is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager/Operations Lead to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. An active TS/SCI is required; all work is onsite.
Engaging directly with Stakeholders to identify initiatives and develop business cases
Establishing and adhering to budgets, schedules and quality standards
Proactively identifying and remediating risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
Identifying project resource requirements and escalating resource constraints
The creation and control of project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, scope, budgets and other established project processes to ensure successful delivery in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ensuring project status reporting is accurate and timely and required project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Displaying strong leadership and collaboration skills in working with stakeholders and project team members to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Managing multiple project initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrating ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment
Provide input to Daily Logs, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Reports on all network tasks performed, man hours used and parts used
Provide monthly functional area reports summarizing work accomplished, work planned in next month and important issues occurring during the month
Active TS/SCI clearance
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner
Strong leadership and accountability skills with a focus on delivering results
Experience leading technical teams providing Network Services, Infrastructure Engineering and Installation, Datacenter Operations, System Administration, Storage and Enterprise Backup Services, Database Management, and Enterprise Application Server Software Administration
Experience leading teams providing enterprise IT services for datacenter, network, and platform hosting in an intelligence production and dissemination environment
