Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Program/Master Scheduler to work on Department of Defense (DoD) Simulation Training contracts in the Orlando FL area, near OIA.
In this role you will work closely with the Program Manager to oversee the integrated master program schedule. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall schedule for development, deliverables, milestones and releases of all projects, to include accreditation and new equipment training (NET).
Primary Responsibilities:
Aggregates overall program and delivery order schedules and coordinates with stakeholders, resource managers and management on forecasted needs.
Manages all delivery order schedules, ensuring synchronization of project planning and reporting.
Provides schedule analytics, forecasting and reporting.
Coordinates the schedule efforts across all delivery orders
Ensures that all programs run within schedule constraints.
Communicates and interfaces with customer and Leidos Program Management, Technical leads and Subject Matter Experts to provide program schedule status.
Ensures that assessment of new performance work requests include all forecasted resource needs to ensure tasks are properly sized, and submitted on time to the customer per the required contractual delivery date.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires US citizenship and the abilty to obtain and hold a DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 8-12+ years relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Project scheduling.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and management to include presentation and experience discussing resources at large government agency level.

Excellent Microsoft Office experience.
Advanced Excel skill set including pivot tables, macros, lookup tables.
Advanced Microsoft Project skills.
Strong understanding of project planning practices and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience leading teams or projects.
