US MINT Security Operations Center (SOC) is a US Government program responsible to prevent, identify, contain and eradicate cyber threats to US MINT networks through monitoring, intrusion detection and protective security services to US MINT information systems including local area networks/wide area networks (LAN/WAN), commercial Internet connection, public facing websites, wireless, mobile/cellular, cloud, security devices, servers and workstations. The US MINT SOC is responsible for the overall security of US MINT Enterprise-wide information systems, and collects, investigates and reports any suspected and confirmed security violations.
Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Program Manager to lead this highly visible cyber security operations center (SOC) for the US MINT, cyber analysis, application development, and a 24x7x365 support staff.
Candidate must have experience of program management experience in delivery of information systems or computer network support services. The Program Manager shall have demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cyber security and network issues, recommend plans of action for SOC staff (including both contractor and government personnel), and manage teams supporting resolution of these issues. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government SOC and CISO personnel, and Leidos senior management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cyber security with 8 years of prior relevant experience in system engineering/program management experience with 4 years of program management experience in the delivery of information systems or computer network support services.
Experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) or other equivalent cyber organization
Must possess demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cyber security and network issues, recommend plans of action for the Leidos SOC Team and SOC Government staff, and manage the resolution of these issues.
ISC2 CISSP certification
Experience leading a 24/7/365 operations team at a customer site
