GLOBAL INFORMATION GRID (GIG) SERVICE MANAGEMENT-OPERATIONS (GSM-O), A DEFENSE AND INTELLIGENCE GROUP OF LEIDOS, HAS AN OPENING FOR A PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST FOR THE HNS OPS TEAM AT FORD ISLAND, HI.
DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY (DISA) LOCATED AT FORD ISLAND, HI IS PARTNERING WITH THE U.S. NAVY, U.S. MARINES, U.S. ARMY AND AIR FORCE TO FUNDAMENTALLY WILL MODERNIZE THE DEFENSE DEPARTMENT’S INFORMATION NETWORKS AND COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE IN HAWAII. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF THREE CONTRACT VEHICLES TO BUY INFORMATION NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES AND UPGRADE INTERNET PORTOCOL TECHNOLOGY. PROGRAM WOULD SHIFT EXISTING ANALOG COMMUNICATIONS FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PERSONNEL IN HAWAII TO UPGRADE ALMOST EVERYTHING OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) TECHNOLOGY BASE TO PROVIDE FEATURES LIKE VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOLS AND WEB CONFERENCING. ALSO GENERATES MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR THE 5ESS NETWORK UTILIZING METRICS ESTABLISHED BY THE CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (CDRL) AS REQUESTED BY GOVERNEMENT MANAGERS.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES OF THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST WILL CARE OF THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:
GENERATES MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR THE INCIDENT MANAGEMENT UTILIZING METRICS ESTABLISHED BY THE CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (CDRL) AS REQEUSTED BY GOVERNMENT MANAGERS.
PRESENTS DATA TO GOVERNMENT LEADERSHIP DURING MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW.
UTILIZES MICROSOFT EXCEL/WORD/POWERPOINT/OFFICE SUITE ALONG SIDE BRIO, TO GENERATE THE REQUIRED TABLES/CHARTS/DIAGRAMS.
RECEIVES REQUEST FROM GSMO PERSONNEL (5ESS SERVICE DESK, 5ESS OPERATIONS ENGINEERS), DISA PAC GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS AND EXTERNAL PES-HI CUSTOMERS FOR AD HOC REPORTS AND PROVIDES THE DATA IN A TIMELY MANNER.
UTILIZES REMEDY TICKETING SYSTEM TO TRACK CUSTOMER REQUESTS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 5+ years of overall related experience.
Hold DOD-8570 IAT LEVEL 2 BASELINE CERTIFICATION (SECURITY+ CE, CISSP OR EQUIVALENT) prior to start date.
Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
Experience with the following alarm surveillance, fault management, performance management.
Expertise in one or more of the following performance or capacity planning, reporting, analysis, rot cause assessment and forensics.
Expertise in two or more of the following devices/vendors; MS EXCEL, INFOVISTA, NETCOOL, BMC REMEDY.
Ability to work in a team focused and dynamic environment.
