Leidos Maritime System Solutions (MSS) is looking for an efficient administrative professional willing to wear several hats providing office services at our Lynnwood, WA location. This position will be Regular Status, 30 hours a week with full benefits.

Must be able to obtain a "Secret" clearance.

Successful candidate will provide front office administrative support to three suites housing 45 employees as well as 60 remote employees across four states, and will be the primary point of contact for travel and expense, indirect procurement support and general office services.  Upbeat personality, positive outlook, professional demeanor and attire are expected for this front desk position

Primary Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide diverse administrative duties to include: receive and sign in visitors and deliveries; track and control Division shared accountable items; prepare various material for shipment; check and distribute US mail; inventory, order and distribute office supplies; coordinate a high volume of travel requests and provide support to employees with expense reports; provide general care of common areas and office equipment; coordinate the schedule of multiple conference rooms and assist with meeting support; provide administrative support to special projects and the Office Manager.  Manage quarterly inventories of Capital Asset Property working with MSS staff and Business Unit Property Manager to tag, track and conduct quarterly and annual inventories of Division-owned property.  Support procurement activities by entering SciQuest/Jaeger catalog orders and Costpoint purchase request and conduct Goods Receipts.

Basic Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related work experience. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Ability to operate related office equipment and personal computer software packages to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Possessing the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, balance multiple tasks while maintaining strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff is essential. Experience with Costpoint/Deltek is desired.
