Job Description:
The National Solutions Group at Leidos is seeking a Readiness Coordinator to manage training and readiness support at various locations. The candidate must have extensive experience with managing training materials, procedures, and manuals.
*This position is contingent upon contract award
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the execution of a training and readiness life cycle.
Prepare and update operational and training materials across large organization.
Track, schedule, and coordinate training and readiness activities.
Manage after-action/lesson learned process.
Update and coordinate training and readiness plans and directives.
Support training evaluations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with training project plans and schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a current TS/SCI with poly to be considered
Requires a BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in developing, coordinating and supporting Training and Exercise activities
Experience in configuration management, standardization, and delivery of training and readiness documents
Experience identifying performance gaps and be able to identify and make improvements to readiness documents
Experience managing projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Customer experience
Experience with online learning platforms and tools
Prior experience as a facilitator
