Job Summary

In this role, you will provide system administration support for the Joint Collaborative Analysis Model (JCAM) program which developed and maintains the Integrated Weapons of Mass Destruction Toolset (IWMDT) web based application.  The system consists of Microsoft Windows Servers hosting JBoss application servers, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, ESRI GIS server, and Apache HTTP server hosted on multiple Windows Server and Windows 10 OS.  The systems run on VMWare ESXI servers hosted on a multiple Dell PowerEdge servers connected to a SAN.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on computing resources on SIPR network which consist of Windows workstations, RedHat Enterprise Linux 7, Cisco switches and Firewall appliance. 

  • Maintain security posture of the computing equipment in accordance with DISA STIG.

  • Maintain vSphere datacenter administration for 30+ hosts, 300+ virtual machines, and the supporting infrastructure used in internal, external, and classified environments.

  • Maintain system security configuration on Windows, Window Server, vSphere, and Cisco network system in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial best practice standards.

  • Maintain computing resources connected on Leidos Zone 11 network and interface with Leidos Security Vulnerability Team to address vulnerabilities reported.

  • Assist JCAM Program Security with maintaining and implementing security policies using DISA STIG, NIST 800 publications for JCAM system deployed at DTRA and USSTRATCOM.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 4-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-6 years related experience.

  • VMWare vSphere and ESXi administration

  • Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10, PowerShell, Batch

  • Oracle Database system administration

  • ESRI GIS Server administration

  • Cisco router, switch and ASA firewall management

  • Red Hat Linux administration

  • ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution) scan execution and reporting

  • DISA SCAP (Security Content Automation Protocol) scan execution and reporting

  • Splunk system management
