We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Post Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) engineering and technical services to the CECOM Software Engineering Center Mission Command Division based in Aberdeen MD with operations located at Ft. Sill/Lawton, OK.
Successful candidates will support our technical team through deliverable process support, reviewing technical documents to ensure readiness for delivery to our customer and other administrative functions as needed to support continuity of mission. You will provide administrative duties in support of the US Army’s Fires Family of Systems including: AFATDS, JADOCS, FOS, FF-Q37, FF-Q36, LCMR Q-50, AN/TPQ-53 and LCMR Q49.
In this role, you will coordinate and provide administrative support to the program team by producing appropriate communication documents, assisting with meetings, supporting travel arranging and expense reports, and other duties as assigned. Prepare typed documents from drafts; proofread documentation for publication. Responsible for filing, records keeping, meetings coordination, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Train new clerk-typists, establishes standards, and supervises and reviews the work of assigned personnel.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3 years of relevant administrative/business office experience
Active SECRET Clearance
Associate’s Degree is highly desirable
