INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
Accountable for all aspects of the AOC-Maintenance course functions assigned to Contractor personnel staff
Conducts close coordination with the FORSCOM and INSCOM Maintenance Initiatives Group members for all aspects of the IOC-Maintenance course and the synchronization with AOC-Maintenance
Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of AOC-Maintenance instruction and delivery
Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency
Create course content based on AOC Cadre Community input (Maintenance Initiatives Group) from AOC-Maintainer courses
Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, AOC, and DISMG within 18 months
Host weekly meetings with stakeholders for emerging problems
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises and testable material (test bank)
Accountable for coordinating and scheduling instructor cadre, including:
Manage Blackboard and other Virtual Points of Presence
Coordinate and manage student enrollment and graduation
Schedule VTCs or virtual content delivery
Synchronizes input from AOC community
Coordinate network accounts and equipment
Coordinate travel for students and instructor cadre
Assists in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the AOC through emerging technologies and AAR review
Accountable for consolidating, disseminating, and back briefing AAR reviews
Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 10 years related experience.
Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)
15 years operational experience as an Army MOS 35T (MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator), 353T (MI Systems Integration and Maintenance Technician), or other service equivalent school
Demonstrated proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan.
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
