Leidos is seeking a Program Manager/Director with a passion for eDiscovery technology, all phases of litigation support and a desire to lead a dynamic team supporting U.S. Government agencies. Primary Responsibilities:
Executing all aspects of program management for the portfolio to include technical, administrative and financial oversight
Motivation and career growth of Portfolio staff of up to 20 managers and 250 employees and subcontractors.
Managing a budget of $30-$50M
Thought leader regarding eDiscovery Services clients and offerings.
Expand strategies and core capabilities of eDiscovery Services and build a solid pipeline to grow the business.
Building strong relationships with customers ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Ensuring that the program is optimally staffed with the appropriate levels of skills
Oversees the technical deliverables for the contract
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with large multi-faceted task order portfolio including multiple contracts with numerous clients and various needs.
Proven leadership in financial management, performance management, business management, process management, and change management
Demonstrated experience in Business Development focused on leveraging innovation and technology to identify new business and growth areas.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with government partners to prioritize multiple competing priorities
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials and communicating and coordinating with other Government contractors and stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with technical staff and senior level customers in forming strategies to improve performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness of a portfolio.
Solid understanding of infrastructure as well as expert knowledge of Relativity and other eDiscovery and litigation support technologies, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Experience leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff of various labor categories and skills and a large group of subcontractors to deliver government services.
Demonstrated experience managing programs with a combined value of $20M or greater
Bachelor's degree and 12 Years of intensive experience in program management with eDiscovery and Relativity type programs, including program control, risk assessment, and risk management processes and procedures, financial management, and project management
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification.
