Program Summary
The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for an experienced SIGDEV Analyst on our large, multi-year contract for the development, integration, deployment and sustainment of large collection systems. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important to the government and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. Job Summary

The Analyst will support SIGDEV Activities by using customer tools and databases to characterize and understand target networks, providing content for reports, and recommending decisions related to system operations. They will work with teammates and other subject matter experts to develop a fuller understanding of the intent, objectives, and capabilities of selected communication networks.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Bachelors Degree or Related Military Experience/Education and 5 to 25+ years of related experience

Minimum of 5 years experience and in-depth demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT Development analytic support. 

Candidates should have experience in three of the specializations below:

• Signal Analysis
• Modern Telecommunications Systems/Networks
• Telephony Switching Systems
• Internet Communication protocols, specifically at Layers 1-3
• Cellular/Personal Communication Systems

Chinese Mandarin (min DLPT 2 in reading), must be able to translate complex telecommunications and network terminology and cepts into appropriate technical equivalents in English

Scripting and data manipulation / presentation tasks, Python / Perl, grep, Pivot Tables, Excel programming and graphing

Experience/knowledge of modern telecommunications/ networking/ data center practices especially physical / data link layer, WAN, leased lines, Carrier Ethernet, SDH/SONET, OTN, DWDM, Fiber Option transmission

Experience working with customers, understanding collection requirements, assessing gaps, presenting findings to enable and drive operations
