Job Description:
Leidos's Military & Veterans Health Solutions Operations has an opening for a Disaster Recovery Manager located in Austin, TX for the VA FFSS contract. The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for creation, execution and reporting of disaster recovery activities. Upon event of disaster will assist with coordination of disaster recovery activities.
This position is contingent upon contract award of FFSS.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify areas needing improvement and recommend strategies and approaches for strengthening existing or developed plans.
- Work with customer on documentation, coordination and scheduling.
- Understand cloud architecture discovery.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
A Disaster Recovery Analyst has significant experience in the analysis of program and project disaster recovery plans and systems. Mission critical applications experience. Ability to drive service level agreements. Cloud architecture experience is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required with 5 years or related experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. Government contract requirement
