Leidos has an opening for a Technical Development Lead for a program developing a high profile enterprise Entitlement Management (EM) system. This position is located in Reston, Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance in order to be considered.
Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Demonstrated experience leading technical development teams.
Demonstrated experience engineering, designing, prototyping, and developing User Interfaces.
Demonstrated experience developing APIs.
Demonstrated experience with Subversion, Jenkins, Jira, and Git.
Demonstrated experience with DevOps.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or another related technical field.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and serving as a Scrum Master.
Demonstrated experience working with teams to determine a program development, transition, and deployment schedule.
Demonstrated experience with micro-services.
Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services technologies.
Demonstrated experience with the milestone approval process.
Demonstrated experience disseminating information to development teams.
Strong understanding of entitlement management and workflow design.
Demonstrated experience identifying risks and providing mitigation strategies.
