Job Description:

Leidos is seeking candidates for a Collection Technology & Research Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI with polygraph in order to be considered. The successful candidate will join a team that measures RC-135 mission system performance. Tasks include:

• Comprehensive research and description of current operational needs relevant to specified subsystem

• Discover and research relevant information sources

• Design of experiment to identify, isolate, and measure performance of subsystem components in relevant use cases

• Data capture, conditioning, analysis, and interpretation

• Performance documentation, report production, and delivery including formal presentation to senior leaders

• Prepare, deliver, and discuss periodic reports

• Detailed project planning and conduct

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with polygraph on day 1

• 4-8 years or relevant experience.

• Must possess experience as an RC-135 operator leading to deep technical understanding of mission systems OR experience in Design of Experiment, experiment conduct, and data capture

• Bachelors of Science in a relevant engineering field is desired but not required, especially for the highly experienced candidate. 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Training and experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, especially statistical analysis using MS Excel and/or R Studio

• Formal training and experience in writing high-quality experiment reports

• Familiarity with the intelligence cycle, policy and guidance, and relevant national organizations
