Leidos Transportation Solutions Operation is looking for a Project Engineer Intern to support the Leidos Air Traffic Management Training Organization
In this role, a qualified individual will be responsible for day-to-day execution of Training project activities to include coordinating delivery of Training documents to the customer, developing project schedules and metrics, maintaining meeting charts, assisting with budget accounts. These activities will require working closely with the training manager, project manager, training authors, Quality Assurance (QA) personnel and Data Management team.
Individual should demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail (key requirement).
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Ability to grasp concepts fast and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and accomplish tasks under limited supervision.
Strong mathematical skills to analyze budget accounts.
Knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Great opportunity to advance to the level of a project manager by learning to perform control account management duties and authoring proposals under the mentorship of a project manager and with required formal training.
Under graduate majoring in Project Engineering including Accounting, Math and Information Technology.
Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

US Citizenship Requirements
Candidate must be able to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Project Engineering or related field.
