Leidos Procurement & Enterprise Partnerships has an immediate opening for a Senior Materials Management Program Manager.

In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Procurement Compliance and be expected to use your domain expertise in US federal, state & local and commercial materials management to maintain Leidos Policies and Procedures. You will also serve as the as corporate subject matter expert in materials management processes and systems, including inventory management, materials planning, engineering change control, manufacturing, sales order processing, subcontracting and purchasing in a services and manufacturing environment.  This role is directly influential in maintaining the Materials Management and Accounting System approved status and will require experience in review and dissemination of key regulatory and policy updates and changes. The position will be required to support various enterprise projects and initiatives.

List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.
•Define requirements and standards to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory requirements across segments and functions
•Develop and maintain compliance policy and procedures for Materials Management
•Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of material management and recommend process improvements in policies and procedures
•Monitor, audit and evaluate material management practices and artifacts across the company to ensure compliance with respective policies, practices and standards
•Help ensure that Procurement operates ethically and in strict compliance with government procurement regulations and law
•Support government (e.g., DCMA, DCAA, etc.) inquiries related to material management and/or processes
•Interface with Procurement management and staff along with line operational managers

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree; and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in material management in the US Federal contracting environment
•Advanced knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/ Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)/ and other agency FAR supplements
•Experience working in an MMAS-compliant purchasing system
•Familiarity with the GIDEP reporting process
•Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic
•Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
•Possess effective communication and writing skills
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
  •5+ years’ experience and proven technical proficiency with materials management of Deltek Costpoint
•Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem solving capabilities
•Experience implementing/ supporting programs subject to the DFARS MMAS Business System requirements
•Talent for building cross-functional relationships and developing cross-functional understanding
•SharePoint Administration
•Knowledge of SOX Compliance
