The Dashboard Reporting Analyst will work with a dynamic and diverse team of management personnel, technical and engineering personnel, non-technical staff, and multiple customers. Requires excellent communication skills with all levels of management, customers, team members, and technical staff. Must be able to keep all stakeholders informed, prioritize tasks, and have the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Candidate may be required to create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining how processes are followed. Candidate will facilitate, participate, and contribute in various project meetings. Candidate must have a calm and poised ability to resolve / troubleshoot incidents and problems. The motivated candidate will require a high level of problem solving skills, be detailed oriented, and be able to complete tasks independently.
The Dashboard Reporting Analyst will be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision, but also be a strong team player and work in a collaborative environment. The Dashboard Reporting Analyst will be able to develop data and reports, create data sets ready for analysis in both simple and complex reports.
The Dashboard Reporting Analyst will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The position will require analytical problem-solving skills. The candidate will have knowledge of software development and testing, risk mitigation, and Agile methodology.
The candidate will evaluate and document reporting requirements and implementation of requirements. The candidate may assist with reports update and release documentation or release notes, will be adept at tracking action items, will be able to assist with testing data including developing test scripts and test cases.

- identify problem areas and recommend revising existing reports and query difficulties as necessary.
- prepare documentation to define processing functions required.
- BS in a Computer Science or Information Technology related program of study with minimum of 4 years of experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Tableau Server Administration.
- Experience with Tableau Desktop.
- Experience with Tableau report and dashboard design and development.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments and technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and SQL databases.
- MS Office Applications proficiency.
