Job Description:
The Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Operation is hiring a Field Operations Technician to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. An active TS/SCI is required; all work is onsite.
Primary Responsibilities
Utilize government provided documentation and ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Desk, Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Service Manger
Provide Level II and III Service Desk/Touch maintenance support for systems on various networks
Replace or install IT workstations and peripherals to include Dell, HP, Oracle/Sun, and IBM desktop/workstations/servers which includes Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CentOS OSes; other systems to be supported such as printers, multi-function devices, and Zenoss network/server management
Work closely with Equipment Control Office (ECO), Property Custodians, and Logistics to schedule equipment pickup
Support hardware disposal in accordance with customer guidance
Remote support and occasional on-site support may be required for Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) facility located in Quantico, Virginia
Install/maintain/repair/remove Windows/Linux workstations and servers
Install/maintain/repair/remove scanners, fax machines, network printers, multifunction devices, copiers, other devices
Maintain architectural diagrams and document all installations/changes in accordance with customer guidance
Provide and maintain IT hardware/software/software license management inventory and accountability support in accordance with customer prescribed practices/SOPs with minimal supervision
Develop, maintain and execute preventative maintenance scheduling for IT Systems
Resolve assigned tickets using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Provide monthly functional area reports summarizing work accomplished, work planned in next month and important issues occurring during the month
Basic Qualifications
Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (e.g., Security+) certification
High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with at least 4 years of work experience
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner
3 - 5 years experience providing IT support for desktop computer equipment and peripherals
An active TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with trouble ticket tracking systems such as Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Desk, Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Service Manger

Pay Range:
Pay Range $36,400.00 - $56,000.00 - $75,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
