The Leidos Tactical Solutions Team in Littleton, Colorado is growing and looking a Program Manager to lead cutting edge software development and systems integration projects. We are seeking an individual with preferred Tactical Assault / Team Awareness Kit (TAK) operational experience and/or preferred expertise with Dismounted Tactical Operations.

Primary Responsibilities
These are some of the cool stuff you will be doing:
Project and Program management across the entire program lifecycle including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects and programs.
Manage engineering efforts across the entire technical lifecycle including requirements, design, development and integration, testing, demonstration with the end-user/customer, and operational support.
Oversee operational execution and financial aspects of contract deliverables, cost, and schedule to achieve all key performance indicators, service level agreements, and annual operating plan commitments
Provide operational oversight, coaching to front line leaders, mentoring and developing of staff and succession planning for the program
Growing your skillset through mentoring and training opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
Go-getter mentality, ability to wear multiple hats, learn quickly, team-player
Experience leading software and systems integration projects in Agile Environment and Waterfall
Experience leading projects across all phases (initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, closing)
Experience interfacing with customers
Financial Management including developing and managing cost baselines, estimate to complete, estimate at complete
Statement of Work development for prime contracts and subcontractors
Integrated Master Schedule Development and ongoing management
Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Must be a US citizen with the ability to attain Secret Security Clearance
8-12 years of experience with Bachelors Degree, 6-10 years of experience with Masters Degree.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with the Tactical Assault Kit / Team Awareness Kit (TAK) suite of products.
Identity Intelligence Operations or Engineering experience
Experience with cloud services and architectures
Personnel Management and supervisory experience
Project management Professional (PMP) certification
Proposal and basis of estimate development
Scrum Master certification
Experience leading projects for DOD projects
Experience leading Bill of Material development and procurement projects
