The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operation has an opening for a SharePoint/Power Platform Admin/Developer to support a large healthcare contract in Baltimore.

Under the ITSSC II program, Leidos supports the full range of IT integration services supporting a multi-platform computing environment, including: information systems modernization initiatives, software engineering, project management, infrastructure services, data warehousing, database administration, research, planning, security, federal enterprise architecture initiatives, and all levels of Internet, Intranet and Web portal initiatives and migrating legacy architecture to web-based platforms.

Leidos has an immediate need for a highly motivated Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Admin/Developer to provide support for administering all workloads of the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.  The candidate should also possess strong knowledge of SharePoint. The candidate will be co-located with the SSA government employees and subcontractors at a government facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The candidate must be able to pass a Federal Suitability Check for a position of public trust.

Specifically the successful candidate will be a member of the SharePoint Center of Excellence working with other IT Infrastructure & Operations Team and External System Owners to manage and design the Power Platform and other applications using this platform and SharePoint.

MS Power Platform Application Design and Development Migration of applications from legacy platforms to MS Power Platform SharePoint application architecture, design, and development of complex applications Migration of applications from legacy versions of SharePoint to the latest 2019 version Development leadership within an Agile project – defining and developing stories and sprints Build the necessary application interfaces to interface with SharePoint / Power Platforms Work closely with the customer to define and document requirements for application development, then design and develop the application to meet the requirements defined Utilize Jira, Bitbucket, Git products and other tools in the support of the Software Development Lifecycle.   Utilize .Net as a Software Development Tool, where it fits within the SSA development environment

Required Skills

BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • Experience developing applications integrating SharePoint with Power Platform – 2 years
  • Experience developing PowerApps – 2 years
  • Experience developing Flows using Power Automate – 2 years
  • Experience developing Power BI reports – 2 years
  • Experience with Azure App Development – 2 years
  • Experience with SharePoint – 10 years
  • Experience with Office 365 – 2 years
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills in providing technical direction and hands-on software development to include design, development and testing.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with customizing Power Apps
  • Experience with integrating Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with source code versioning and Pull Requests with Git and Stash.
  • Experience with environments utilizing Cloud/Virtualization Technologies such as Amazon Web Services or Docker
