Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Global Access Management Analyst Intern in Reston, VA.

The Leidos Global Access Management (GAM) team is a Leidos internal IT support team that is responsible for provisioning accounts and providing system access to internal employees for IT systems that are regulated by compliance requirements.  These systems include Active Directory, Workday, Costpoint, internal web page access and several other systems critical to Leidos operations.   The day-to-day operations for a GAM team member include working customer requests from an ITSM system that state customer requirements for system access or account creation/modification, and also working directly with customers to resolve issues and help determine what type of access they may need to a system.

-Global Access Management teams primary responsibilities include:
-Account Provisioning – Multiple Systems - Privileged Access
-Provisioning system accounts and shared email addresses
-Active Directory group management (Multi Domain Environment)
-Troubleshooting account/password issues – multiple systems
-Troubleshooting system access issues
-Troubleshooting access error messages and general log-in or access failures to internal systems.
-Resolve customer requests sent from Tier 1 Service Desk
-Utilize Service Now ITSM tool to document and track all requests
-Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures to improve service delivery for Leidos internal employees
-Providing information for audits.

-Currently pursuing a BS degree in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
-Must be familiar with basic office applications (Word, Excel, Sharepoint) and be able to learn new software.
-Must possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.  Must have strong organizational and analytic skills.  Must be detail oriented, and possess strong problem solving skills.  The ability to follow written instructions precisely, and to escalate problems appropriately.
-Must also possess excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a group environment.

-This is a telecommuting position.
-U.S. Citizenship is required.

-The preferred candidate will have some experience working with Active Directory User and Computers tool from Microsoft (or equivalent).
-Having any technical IT background in some capacity.
-Having some knowledge of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and Pki certificates.
