Leidos has a current job opportunity for a Cyber Transformation Lead in Stuttgart, Germany.
This position will support the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 09 Network Assurance (NA) Program Leadership as the TN09 Cyber Transformation Liaison. The selected candidate will provide leadership for defensive cyber operations activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of customers, partnering with them, anticipating their needs, and delivering flawlessly. Candidate must be able to partner successfully across multiple time zones working closely with the TN09 DISA Europe Site Lead and other task order leadership across all sites.
Lead technical discussions and share lessons learned and DISA EUR's vision on how to deliver CSSP services to the TN09 Cyber Transformation team.
Active participant in meetings with Cyber Transformation team and DISA working groups.
Train and mentor other team members.
Subject matter expert in the JRSS.
QA/QC products before they are sent externally.
Develop SOPs, TTPs, and QRGs to allow for a better, more reliable DCO process.
Take ownership of driving DISA EUR's vision to the Cyber Transformation team.
Conduct and deliver weekly status updates to DISA EUR team.
Follow up on all taskers and due outs.
Drive scalability and cost effectiveness of DISA EUR's innovation efforts.
Standardize implementation of DISA EUR's successes to replicate DISA wide.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Sec+CE or equivalent) with the ability to obtain CSSP-A certification within 180 days of start date.
Proficient understanding of the Cybersecurity Framework in regards to identify, protect, detect, respond and recover within a Cyber Security Service Provider.
Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Experience with CSM-J and CSM-X service offerings.
Experience with data brokering.
Subject matter expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) system engineering and implementation.
Skilled in building SIEM dashboards (e.g., Elastic/Splunk).
Skilled in building extended cyber security analytics.
Skilled in product/content development.
Expertise in configuration and change management processes.
Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
Advanced Certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP.
Experience in intelligence driven defense and/or cyber Kill Chain methodology.
Subject matter expertise in JRSS weapon systems.
Foster and encourage a collaborative environment to champion a cybersecurity culture.
