Job Description:

  • Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions is currently seeking a financial professional responsible for the financial aspects of programs in support of the Army and Mission Partners Division.

Location: 100% telework from any U.S. Based location. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Overview:

  • Functions as a key member of the program team and works directly with the program manager to help define the program's financial goals and objectives
  • Creates and maintains a program's budget, analyze progress reported against the program baseline
  • Identifies risks and opportunities against the program baseline
  • Recommends actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.
  • Prepares and presents financial forecasts, reports and analysis.
  • Prepares on-contract growth proposals for customers.
  • Works closely with other functional areas on financial related elements while, managing a programs general ledger, and monitoring a programs cash flow.
     

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive financial forecasts, EACs, Manage subcontractor and analyzing the programs revenue and costs.
  • Help Program Managers identify programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk.
  • Responsible for financial performance of the program to include the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly/Quarterly forecast and FP&A activities. 
  • Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
  • Cash management to include timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction.
  • Deliverables: Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), AOP and Quarterly Forecast.
  • Pricing for On contract Growth for contracts

    

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4-8 years of professional experience; or 2-6 years of prior relevant experience with a related Master’s degree.
  • Comprehensive Program Finance experience; familiar with multiple contract types (FFP, LOE, CPFF, and T&M)
  • Independent worker with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft excel experience and government contracting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience wiht Program Finance
  • Experience with Leidos Financial Systems and Processes: Costpoint, Fusion, Deltek. 
  • Expertise with Excel and Powerpoint
