Job Description:
The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for a DISMG Course Manager at Fort Bragg, NC.
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for all aspects of the DISMG course functions
Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of DISMG instruction and delivery
Conducts close coordination with the DISMG Initiatives Group members for all aspects and the synchronization of the IOC-All Source course
Create course content based on AOC Cadre Community input (DISMG Initiatives Group)
Host weekly meetings with stakeholders for emerging problems
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises
Accountable for coordinating and scheduling instructor cadre, including:
-Manage Blackboard and other Virtual Points of Presence
-Coordinate and manage student enrollment and graduation
-Schedule VTCs or virtual content delivery
-Synchronize input from AOC community
-Coordinate network accounts and equipment
-Coordinate travel for students and instructor cadre
-Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the DISMG through emerging technologies and AAR reviewAccountable for consolidating, disseminating, and back briefing AAR reviews from DISMG courses
Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMG within 90 days
May require up to 40% travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (recommend: education, business management, intel studies) with 10 years experience as 35D, 350F, 35F. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Digital Intelligence Systems applications to include DCGS-A
Family of Systems, developing digital architecture strategies, knowledgeable on interoperability
principles from tactical to strategic level operations, and proficient in systems integration tasks for MI systems3+ years of tactical experience as an intelligence professional at a MICO, BCT, or DIV level Echelon
Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
