Program Summary
The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for an experienced Principal SIGDEV Analyst on our large, multi-year contract for the development, integration, deployment and sustainment of large collection systems. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important to our customer and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. Position Summary
The Principal SIGDEV Analyst will provide expert level analytic support to planned and deployed systems. The candidate must have recent hands on experience with access analysis, target development, and engineering analysis associated with existing customer systems. This role will support HUMINT.
Requirements
Must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience/Education and 10 or more years of SIGINT Development Analytic Support
Demonstrated expertise, specific to the customer and tools, in the following areas is required:
Digital network analysis and plug-in development
Environmental knowledge and target development
Understanding of modern telecommunications networks
Experience supporting customer operators and mission partners in sustaining and optimizing customer systems
Periodic on-call and OCONUS travel is required.
Within the last 10 years a minimum of 7 years experience in at least 4 of the 5 specializations below:
- Signal Analysis
- Modern Telecommunications Systems and Networks
- Telephony Switching Systems
- Communication Systems
- Cellular/Personal Communication Systems
Within the last 10 years a minimum of 5 years experience with at least 9 customer databases/tools in the areas of Circuit, Packet and Environmental
