Job Description:
Leidos is looking for an Executive Administrative Support Officer who will be responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative duties. The candidate should be a self-starter requiring limited oversight. The Executive Administrative Support Officers will provide high-level support directly to the leadership team of a large project and provide coordination among the management teams. The candidate should actively seek and implement solutions to improve office efficiency, and oversee numerous ongoing functions. The candidate must be organized and capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as Adobe. The candidate should have excellent written and briefing skills and comfortable with providing guidance and responding to quick turn-around tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide complete executive support to senior leadership team
Compile data/information and format PowerPoint presentation for executive briefings
Manage administrative and support projects, working closely with the Chief of Staff
Provide backup support to the Administrative Support team, to include scheduling meetings, answering phones, receiving visitors and responding to ad hoc requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with up-to-date BI and polygraph
Requires BS and 4 years experience, substitute 5 years experience in lieu of degree, or and Masters and 2 years of experience
Ability to communicate information to a wide audience clearly and concisely, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions
Facilitate communication and coordination among the management team and stakeholder
Uses discretion in handling sensitive project/personnel information
Prepare written documents that are properly formatted adhering to organization guidelines
Produce documents that are technically sound, accurate, thorough, logical and concise
Efficiently organize work activates with the priorities and timeline of the office, identifying and completing all related requirements
Coordinate with team members by informing them about progress of tasks, projects, and activities, ensuring that work or timeline is not delayed
Proactively identify problems affecting office administrative flow and identify solutions.
Ability to quickly and appropriately craft responses to changing circumstances, priorities and schedules, demonstrating flexibility and adapt to evolving requirements
Categorize, screen and handle complex or difficult requests for information or materials
Conscientiously and accurately update, maintain, and review tracking records
