Leidos is seeking an eDiscovery Support Analyst with a passion for all phases of litigation support and a desire to support challenging projects for the U.S. Government. As an eDiscovery Support Analyst, you will work among a high-performing and collaborative team in supporting various eDiscovery tools and processes. This position requires an eDiscovery background, solid understanding of eDiscovery methodologies, excellent client service skills, and experience in working with cross-functional technical and legal teams. Successful candidates must be solution and action-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. In addition, the ideal candidate needs to be able to establish an effective client service approach that will deliver on the goals and objectives of all assigned projects with limited supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare, process and deliver collections, review cases and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, Microsoft Office 365 and other eDiscovery tools.

  • Assist in the scheduling of customer deliverables through internal workflow system.

  • Provide swift and accurate response to day-to-day customer requests, and troubleshoot support tickets and conduct case kick-off and periodic training sessions.

  • Consistently deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications.

  • Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables through set processes, procedures and best practices established by the program and customer.

  • Preserve and collect electronically stored data (ESI), including on premise and cloud data, while maintaining chain of custody.

  • Establish, refine and document processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control to meet program goals.

  • Prepare routine reports, program statistics and documentation.

  • Establish collaborative engaging relationships with co-workers and team members.

  • Develop strong partnerships with clients and supporting Leidos team leaders in order to contribute to the delivery of stellar customer service.

  • Support litigation, OIG, FOIA, and Congressional requests.

  • Preserve and collect electronically stored data (ESI), including on premise and cloud data, while maintaining chain of custody.

  • Meet stringent quality assurance directives to ensure accuracy of data collections, case processing, and recordkeeping.

  • Manage workload of multiple tasks to meet or exceed project goals, contract required quality levels, and scheduling demands.

  • Prepare presentations and utilize office tools including spreadsheets and databases

  • Assist management and customer in other administrative support tasks as needed

  • Analyze database reports and error logs, determining root causes of technical issues and offer practical and creative solutions.

  • Provide professional end user support and conduct eDiscovery case training sessions.

  • Consistently meet stringent quality assurance directives from Leidos’s QA analysts to ensure accuracy of data collections, case processing, and record-keeping.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance

  • Bachelors (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years of litigation, eDiscovery or technical support experience

  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experienced in preparing presentations and other written documents, and utilizing office tools including spreadsheets and databases.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment.

  • Team player with a positive, energetic and collaborative approach to tasks.

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

  • Upholds the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence with established procedures including detailed recordkeeping requirements.Candidate should be clearly distinguished in this area.

  • Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)

  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment.

  • Must be able to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and Microsoft applications and databases

  • Working knowledge of Office 365 eDiscovery
