Leidos has a career opportunity for a ServiceNow Engineer in Stuttgart, Germany to support US AFRICOM.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
This program provides critical Communications and Information Technology Services to support U.S. Africa Command and associated staff elements and organizations.  It provides our war fighters support in their mission to keep threats and vulnerabilities as low as possible by ensuring that their computer network is stable, undisrupted and secure and will require some OCONUS travel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work with both Government leadership and external providers to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support USAFRICOM mission, goals and objectives. 
•Create custom dashboards in ServiceNow integrating and combining data from multiple tables and sources based on user requirements. 
•Create custom reports and searches in ServiceNow based on user requirements. 
•Implement ServiceNow security fundamentals and approaches including integration with other systems. 
•Create, maintain and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, single sign on (SSO) capability, and Active Directory Profile synchronization. 
•Create, maintain and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports. 
•Oversee, maintain and enhance Change Management, as well as current connections between ServiceNow and other systems. 
•Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles. 
•Coordinate application and platform upgrades. 
•Document and/or analyze business processes and translating to system and technical requirements for implementation. 
•Execute adaptive, corrective, and preventative changes to the platform, platform applications, and interfaces to the platform to include creating, modifying, documenting and maintaining ServiceNow core components. 
•Work in dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts including remote site support and/or travel to customer servers and sites as required.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•BA/BS +8 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 10 years recent specialized or a major cert +12 years recent specialized or 15 years of recent specialized experience.
•5+ years of experience with implementation of ServiceNow Modules – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM.
•ITIL Framework and understanding of asset management, configuration management, change management, incident management, business management
•Must have have a DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or greater) certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+).
•Must have an MCSE Certificate: Data Management and Analytics, or newer equivalency. 
•Must have an active Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•ITIL v3 or v4 – Foundation.
•Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
•Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
•Experience in the evaluation and integration of new technologies into existing environments.
•Demonstrated background troubleshooting complex IT issue.
