The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-educational in nature, tailored to unique military environments, and helps participants learn to anticipate and resolve unique challenges associated with military life. These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness.
Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a CONUS Services Coordinator to support the MFLC program.
Provides expert assistance to the Operations manager, AOM, and Operations staff to ensure timely, efficient processing. Completes a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with specific local school systems as needed. Ensures that MOUs are completed appropriately to comply with the requirements of the contract and DoD policies. Works in complete synchronization with Operations, Staffing, and LMs to ensure that all MFLCs working in or preparing for CONUS assignments are fully credentialed and properly documented for their assignment location and duration.
Requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
