Leidos is seeking qualified candidates in a proposal effort to join our Engineering and Technical Support team, who will manage enterprise operations and deliver IT architecture modernization in support of the Department of the Navy. If awarded to Leidos, positions would be available in the Washington, DC Metro area and other locations across the US and abroad.

Public Key Infrastructure Analysis
Provide general IA and PKI customer service functions by providing timely, friendly and knowledgeable customer support. Responds to IA and PKI service requests via phone, email, web, and/or walk-in inquiries. Resolves basic to midlevel IA and PKI problems, referring or escalating difficult/complex issues as appropriate. Follow-up with customers to ensure customer inquiries/problems are resolved within established timelines. Logs and tracks inquiries using problem management database (Remedy) and maintains historical records and related problem documentation.
Assist with identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing customer problems and complaints to ensure inquiries are successfully resolved. Analyzes and evaluates inquiry/problem reports and makes recommendations to reduce IA and PKI Customer Service Desk issues. Tracks, documents, and file auditable information/documentation in accordance with NSS, NSA, and NCMS inspection requirements. Properly maintain and update required IA and PKI dashboards and databases.
Assist with technical working group presentations and forums. Supports Security Engineers and Information Assurance Managers in providing enterprise network operations and computer network defense for the Navy intelligence community. Provides Local Registration Authority (LRA) and IA support to ensure all implementations, server builds, and installations are conducted in conjunction with applicable guidance and procedures.
Assist in providing IA and PKI guidance, security instructions, hard-token issuance, certificate registrations, management, certificate PIN Reset operations, revocation processing, lost/missing token review and adjudication, PKI end-user training, Trusted Agent training, IA training, PKI data archiving, and support IA and PKI usage and implementation in accordance with NSS PKI DoD Registration Practice statement, DoD Registration Authority/Local Authority Certification Practice Statement, NSA guidance, IA requirements, and other applicable published security guidance and acceptable use policies.
Maintain and update Public Key Infrastructure website and SharePoint site with security documentation, training, and relevant security Information. Routinely review DoD approved websites for PKI software updates and changes in the security environment.
Process monthly check-in/check-out requests and validate account creation documentation.
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's Science Degree with 2 or more years of experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Moderate experience in the design, development, integration, securing, operations and maintenance of PKI architectures and technologies.
Moderate experience in continuous IAVM and reporting, risk assessments and remediation processes and procedures.
Moderate experience in Public Key Infrastructure certification registration, account creation, certificate issuance, and training. Moderate experience in database manipulation and management.
Required Certifications: Per the requirements of the DoD Cyber Security Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8570.01-M, prior to reporting on board, all Contractor personnel must possess one of the following industry certifications: Security+.
