The Government Health and Safety Operation is currently seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support a large healthcare contract in Baltimore.
Responsible for the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of all financials on the OCSE/FPLS contract within the CMS division. Will manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
Responsible for the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting of various programs and contract types. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, significant interface with the CMS division BusOps managers, OCSE/FPLS Program Manager, Contracts, and other Support organizations. Will be responsible for all internal and external financial deliverables including EAC’s, monthly/quarterly forecasts, program EVMS reports. Follows financial policies and procedures in support of the program. May assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management. Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 3 years related experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments within the programs supporting. Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (list additional “pluses or nice to have” skills/experience)
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems; such as: LPAS, Cognos, Fusion, and Cost Point. Ability to work independently or team environment.
