Leidos has an opening for a Requirements Analyst for a program developing an Entitlement Management (EM) application which includes integration of other highly used EM systems. This position is located in Reston, VA and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
The Leidos team is focusing on the GUI interfaces, to include the user experience, infrastructure, integration of services and API’s, and development of new functions as well as providing other support across the EM program as needed.
Requirements Analyst will provide assistance to Project Managers and developers to decompose Milestones and MVI’s to Epics and User Stories. They will also provide quality assurance to user stories, ensuring they are written clearly, concisely, and includes acceptance criteria. Requirements Analyst will support team meetings with system engineers, developers, system architect, product owner, and project managers to capture requirements and ensure they are properly documented. Requirements analyst will create user workflows to capture user experience and requirements for application functionality, provide support to Agile ceremonies to include Backlog Reviews, Sprint Planning, and scrums, and provide other support to the EM program which can include documentation, plans and procedures, training material.
Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence.
Ability to write and decompose user and system requirements with the required attributes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with team members and product owners.
Flexibility to provide support to other multiple project teams as necessary.
Understanding of Entitlement Management and workflow design.
Experience using Visio or other workflow design tools.
