Job Description:

The Health Group within Leidos is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive assistant support to the Health Group leaders across the organization. The position will report to the Group President’s Executive Administrator and will work hand in hand in providing key administrative support.

The Executive Administrative Assistant position performs a broad range and depth of administrative duties, routine and non-routine, including special projects.  Works on assignments that may call for considerable judgment and initiative, applying organizational knowledge and prior experience.  Makes recommendations and decisions in administrative matters.  Position is responsible for scheduling, calendar management, and making security, facilities, and other arrangements for meetings and events. Performs research and secures requested information, and responsible for researching, compiling, and proofing various reports, data calls, and studies.  Will respond to meeting requests, customer/client/employee inquiries, make travel arrangements, handle expense reporting and other office administrative duties.  Interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.   Must be proactive, have a good work ethic, and excellent at communication and following directions.  Intellectual, honest, reliable, trustworthy, confidential.  Able to work independently but also take direction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web applications. 
  • Highly skilled in Outlook calendar management.
  • Working proficiency using Concur for travel arrangement and expense reporting.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with PRISM; managing and updating a PRISM site.
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint/Vector.
  • Familiarity with: CostPoint, Deltek, Sciquest, Fusion, and Workday.
